Easy application

Generally very easy the only thing I can’t understand, and this applies to all insurers, is why they need proof from previous insurer of no claims bonus when there is a national insurance database...

Hi, as we are an insurance Broker, we'll search a number of insurers that are on our panel to find you the best quote based on the information that you have provided. Although proof of no claims can be found on an insurance database, some insurers prefer to have proof of this too.

Online fine - customer service sounded bored and like it was a chore

When I called to ask questions spoke to a male who sounded Like he didn’t want to be there, gave minimal information, if it wasn’t for price I would have remained with Churchill as their customer...
