I love my tentbox my problem is the customer service which is poor.

Fantastic service. Great after sales aswell. The Velcro on my cover had come away emailed and was sent a new one straight away that had been stitched on so it can’t happen again.

Tent arrived well packaged and we were kept informed from order to delivery. Wish we had known about your 3 day offers though as we would have waited for the next sale and saved £300!
Everything was great, the tentbox wasn't in stock when we ordered but we were communicated with as soon as it was and when it would be delivered. Couldn't fault the service.
