I've had a moment to speak with our team internally about your lost luggage and want to apologize, first and foremost, that we did not assist more upon your arrival. I understand we referred you to Travel Insured to start a claim for the lost luggage. While this is all we are capable of doing in terms of bag retrieval, we could have done a better job of pointing out a few stores in which you could retrieve some necessities while you waited for your items to arrive. This was an oversight on our part, and again we apologize. I am happy to hear that despite this undoubtedly frustrating beginning to the trip, you enjoyed the event and would recommend our services.
