Hello Katie, That is not good, have you sent in an email previous to this? I have looked into this just now, your order was sent the same day you ordered, processed within the hour actually. I will check the Royal Mail files in the morning but we will not delay in getting you a replacement diary out by 1st Class post in our midday collection.
