Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. Unfortunately Christmas Day and Boxing Day are printed as keynotes a day earlier. They are correctly listed in the holidays at the start of the diary but, the file that went to print had them above a line instead of below. There are no other dates or holidays that are incorrect. We made the decision to not simply pulp this one title for this one error. We will happily replace your diary with any other in our range as they are all without this mistake. Thank you for the swift and courteous reply. I fully appreciate and understand the issue not to pulp and the misprint is a great shame for yourselves and buyers. I know that had I been aware of the misprint I would have chosen or looked elsewhere for my diary. Waterstones and Paperchase are my usual choices but this year they did not stoke my interest.
