The SwimQuest team were very responsive both before and during the trip. The guides were friendly and experienced and made me feel safe during the swims.
Great organisation, with all the details well thought out. It was attentively planned without feeling rigid, and struck the perfect balance between structure and relaxation. 10/10, no notes!

The email requesting payment balance went to my spam folder. Apparently this happens with gmail but is worth sorting out.
I felt the group WhatsApp opened up late ( a few days before the trip...
