Dear Ms Maclean. Thank you for your comments and for your email, which I acknowledge receipt. The Vincci La Rabida Hotel had been prepaid prior to your arrival and I can only apologise for the oversight on their behalf. Please be assured that our Spanish product manager has taken the matter up with the hotel to ensure that future clients do not experience the same welcome. I was pleased to read that you enjoyed your time in Andalucia; it is a wonderful, diverse and historically-fascinating region. Rachel

Thank you for your comments which we have forwarded to the hotel for further investigation. The Vincci La Rabida is a popular property with our Spanish team, many of whom have stayed at the hotel in the past, and we were sorry to hear about your initial experiences. We were pleased, however, to hear that the issues were professionally resolved by the hotel and that you enjoyed your stay. Rachel

Dear Mr Ross. Thank you for taking the time to complete our Feefo questionnaire and for providing details of your experience. I was sorry to read about the break-in at the property and about the stolen personal items. I understand that our local representative, Angela, was on hand to assist with the situation and has been in touch recently with the latest news on the investigation. The safety and enjoyment of our guests is of paramount importance to all of us at Sunvil and we will continue to liaise with the police and villa owner. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on 020 8568 4499. Rachel

Meeting at airport and staff there when leaving. I mentioned a dig, and they attempted to find one. Some clothing that was assumed lost was returned to me at home.
