Top class service in all respects! Thank you.

The booking service both online and telephone is very efficient and easy to use. Our holiday was even better than described in the brochure with very helpful, efficient Sunvil reps.

An excellent holiday only marred by by poor accommodation at one Hotel

We were met at each ferry by a taxi driver to take us to our accommodation or to the airport.Very efficient.

Sincere apologies for your disappointment with the accommodation at Leros which I am glad did not detract from the overall enjoyment of your trip. We have taken up the points raised with our local agent. Kind regards Gillian

The welcome pack was very useful as we arrived so late and our rep arranged for us to keep our room until we were picked up instead of being ‘thrown out’ hours earlier.

Dear Mr Davison. Thank you for taking the time to review your recent holiday to the Kalamitsi Hotel on the outskirts of Kardamili. It is a quintessential Sunvil destination; peaceful and with genuine Greek character, and it is no wonder that artists and writers, including Patrick Leigh Fermor, love this region. I was pleased to read that you would choose to travel with us again and we look forward to arranging future holidays for you. Rachel

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent holiday to southwestern Sicily. I was pleased to read that you enjoyed your handcrafted itinerary and discovering the historic gems of the region. Syracuse is a favourite destination of mine; I love its timeless beauty, honey-coloured stones and grand piazzas. Have a lovely day. Rachel
