Thank you for your feedback; delighted that you enjoyed your stay at Porto Loutro so much. Sorry that the booking process did not proceed as smoothly as usual. Unfortunately, the owner of the hotel was unavailable for some time due to a family bereavement and, upon her return, it was discovered that your preferred dates were unavailable. The prices given in the brochure are "from" / "to" rates which alter in increments throughout the season - apologies if this wasn't clarified properly. Hope that you will still continue to travel with us - it is much appreciated that you have taken the time to let us have your comments. Kind regards Gillian
