A lovely Greek island holiday

Thank you for your feedback. Apologies that our office was closed when you visited. The reps are usually there from 9.00am to 1.00pm and again for two hours in the evening but, as explained at welcome meeting, occasionally they may be called out urgently or have to assist clients with a problem. Accommodation owners are happy to call our office if guests have a query and reps' phone numbers are provided so clients may call or text. Glad that, despite aforementioned, you did enjoy your stay. Thank you for your lovely feedback and recommendations! With regard to the issue of plastic waste, we are working on several projects to reduce this but, in the short term, are also dealing with the waste generated. We have introduced recycling points in several of our resorts and are actively collecting/processing litter, often in conjunction with local volunteer organisations.
