The day to day service at the hotel was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the management completely ignored our request to move rooms and did not respond at all.

A peaceful and beautiful resort

Sunvil is not what it used to be

Often takes 10 to get through. Asked for a break down of the cost but was refused. For all the support Sunvil gave might as well booked it myself.
