Hi, thank you for the feedback on your recent order. We sincerely apologise that it took us a little longer than normal to respond to your email. We are currently dealing with a very high volume of emails and calls so sadly this has caused a delay in us being able to respond to customers as quickly as we'd like, but we are working hard to improve this. As you wanted to cancel your order it was held by DHL for a return and due to Covid-19 it is taking our couriers longer to get parcels returned back to us, so we apologise for the wait.
