Very smooth process in booking. I didn’t need concierge service. I do think the website for searching properties could be more user friendly

Hotel made it difficult

Booking connected rooms? You will have no idea if you actually booked them.
I have no idea if my rooms i booked are connected after ordering. I know it said they were before ordering.
