Delivery was fast the product was too big and I returned it in using the labels provided. I am awaiting another smaller size to be delivered

I am still waiting for the coat to arrive. Also I purchased the first one on the Swedish site and I am still waiting for the refund on that one... slow service

Return mailing. Won’t be buying again
I tried to get a return mailing slip which was missing from my order. Tried emailing twice with no response - in the end had to pay $22 out of pocket to ship coat back.
Updated this, from 1 to 4...

I ordered a raincoat more than a month ago and I've never received it. I told Stutterheim that the package did not arrive, despite their tracking information stating it had been delivered and signed...
