Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on our products.
We make every effort to select appropriate and different products for our Catalogue which are fit for purpose. When we encounter dissatisfaction with the products that we supply we investigate this as a matter of urgency with the factory.
In this case we have requested that they contact you directly in order to gain further information about the problems you have been experiencing.
If there is anything further that we can do to help please don't hesitate to let me know.
Kind regards,
Peter Crossen,
