Very helpful staff. We got useful information which made us choose a different model than we had previously thought to buy. So far we are very happy and nearly a thousand pounds better off.

We had a bit of a false start - the first delivery team didn't hang about when we couldn't find the stopcock in our new house. The returning team the next day were much more pleasant and helpful.
