Hi , I am really sorry you weren't happy with the service you received, i have a looked at your order and it seems that the discount code you used took the order under £60 , however we are happy to refund the postage on this occasion as this your second order online with us. Thankyou for your reply it is much appreciated. We did not realise that the discount took us under the £60 so now we are aware of that we will consider that on future orders. If our postage could be refunded on this occasion it will make us a lot happier as we only ordered the additional flat sheet to get free postage.
