Painless.
There's not much more to say. There can be few things more boring than buying insurance, but at least they don't make it unnecessarily difficult.
It was easy to use and the turn around from application to policy was less than 24 hours. The cost of the cover was at least half of other insurance companies so I have already recommended this...
