We're sorry to hear that you are not totally happy with the policy, but think there may have been a misunderstanding perhaps? When customers reach the age of 75, the policy does exclude the loss of club membership fees - in the event that the customer has paid for an annual golf club membership, and is unable to play. But you still have cover for your golf clubs if they were to get lost, stolen or damaged. If you would like any further clarification, our sales team would be happy to help.

Ok. Just like any other insurance company now the customer does all the work. 🤷♂️ none offer any value for money. You don’t Fi d out if they are any good u till you make claim. By which time...
