Awful avoid at all costs
Not great service, took a while to get through to them. I called back today with the same query and was told different information. Staff sound like they don’t want to be there. Settling finance is...

Ok generally
Reasonable although system didn't recognise my registration despite running to the garage in my slippers to check! Seem like a harsh 'no nonsense 'firm but generally ok on the phone.
