Terrible shipping times

My order has still not shipped, and yet I am recieving emails for feedback? Not good enough.

Not Good Enough

Sorry can't tell...haven't received it yet. Apparently it's coming on 27 Dec.....2 weeks delivery is totally unacceptable. Wanted to wear it under a special dress for Christmas!!
