Somerset Camping gave a service that I've not seen in a long time, it was outstanding. They refunded the original awning, due to it leaking, with no quibbles and advised us on a replacement to which...

They were most helpful even to the length of showing us how to erect then fold down our awning. We had been doing it wrongly - hence the ripped fabric that had to be repaired.
