False advertisment regarding delivery
okay so you advertise 24hrs delivery . You even put it on your emailed invoice. But heres the thing if you order after 2pm on Thursday you dont provide 24hr delivery i call this false advertising....

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the service you received. We do not advertise a 24hr delivery, all of our delivery scheduling is based on Next working day. Saturday deliveries are available on request, however they are not booked as standard.
As your order was placed on Friday this was dispatched on the same day and delivered on Monday, this is within our terms of service. If you place an order in the future and require a Saturday delivery please do give us a call and we will be happy to help.
