Always excellent service. Friendly, helpful, cheerful, accessible resort reps. (We never had to report a problem to them so can only comment on the usual service with the reps). Booking staff also...

Simple booking system, easy to add extra and we are given plenty of additional information regarding lessons etc too. Chalet was exactly as described with ski in ski out. Host was also excellent, ...

Brilliant chalet host complete with test match updates.

Excellent service from booking all the way through to leaving the resort. Ciaran the chalet host was particularly helpful with regular morning updates on the test match score from India.

Over-promised, under-delivered

When booking, we asked specifically if the chalet had locks to bedroom doors, since our insurance is invalid if it does not. We were told that they did. However, on arrival we were not provided with...

Could do much better

Food was only average and not alway hot. Ski hire was poor. Quality and service. Communication terrible.
