Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were unhappy with the food and service provided during your stay at Chalet Aline. We expect all of our chalet hosts to provide a more than satisfactory service to their guests and your feedback is therefore a real disappointment for us. Our resort managers do not visit each chalet on a regular basis, but will do so if any issues or customer complaints require their involvement/attendance. You should have been provided with the manager's contact details either directly or on a noticeboard within the property. Our hosts' service is also monitored by our chalet managers, who sit between them and the resort manager, so there is no reason why any host who is struggling to meet their obligations should not be fully supported. As for food, this is based on a standard menu-plan, which is used across all of our resorts. This is intended to avoid inconsistencies. Please be assured your feedback will be followed up by our management team. Thank you for taking the time to complete your review.

Well worth going...

Fantastic hosts, excellent food - evening, breakfast and cake were top notch, wine good, chalet reasonable and end of season standard, 50m easy access to slopes, well worth going !!
