Transfer and booking great BUT very poor food ( worst chalet food in 25yrs!

You need to review your catering Food very poor quality All preheated except for Raclette night t which was melted cheese on salami and a few veg

I made a late booking and the whole process was very easy and staff were very helpful and able to offer advice on other locations. Chalet Kapall is more like an apartment within a larger building...

Staff, Rooms, Food, Spa all wonderful

Wonderful hotel. Staff were excellent. Rooms well appointed. Great choice of food with options. Spa was a delight. Beautiful relaxing area with wonderful views of the mountains. Family run business.
