Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you have found cause for unhappiness in relation to your holiday arrangements and our post-holiday customer service. We have discussed matters with our customer service team. They confirm that you complained upon your return from holiday, on 28 January 2026. As members of ABTA, we are permitted a 28-day period in which to respond to customer complaints. We did so in your case on 6 February 2026, with an offer of compensation that you confirmed was unacceptable the same day. On 12 February 2026 you emailed again stating that it had been over a week since our last response, that you would commence posting online reviews the following day, and commence legal proceedings within 7 days if there was no resolution of your claim. The first of your online reviews was posted on the evening of 12 February 2026. We have now resolved matters with you but wanted to make clear to those who view your online feedback that it is not the case that we do not respond to emails, and it is not the case that we ignore customer complaints in the hope they will go away.
