Ok process, but felt like there was an attempt to rip me off on baggage pricing, which once I challenged was reduced by £50 PP.

Many thanks for your feedback and speaking with me a moment ago. As discussed EasyJet hold luggage prices fluctuate, as with their flight prices. Due to this, some of our Ski experts give an 'average' price of £45 for a 23kg hold bag as a guide. However when it comes to making the confirmed booking the actual price will be applied, in this case £20. I hope this helps to explain the situation. I am sorry that it wasn't made clearer that the price of £45 was a guide. I have discussed this with the Ski Expert and their manager to help avoid this is the future.
