Lazy marketing does the company a disservice

First, every quote is priced 'per person', when it's based on double occupation, I don't feel that is very 2019. It's misleading and it cheapens your brand. If you think people can't divide by two,...

Good Afternoon I'm sorry that you experienced issues with our website, this is something we are currently addressing. I'm pleased to say, in just a few weeks time we are launching our new website which will improve the online search and booking service. In regards to the per person prices, the new website will show both per person and group prices. I'm pleased to hear that when you spoke to the team you received excellent service and this will be passed on to the relevant team members. Thank you for your feedback.

Efficient, informative and very friendly. Josh was very easy to deal with and enquired of others in the team if he wasn’t sure. A good experience and looking forward to a great ski holiday. Cheers 🍻

Many thanks for your feedback and I'm pleased we were able to help over the phone. We are aware our website needs improving and after listening to the feedback from our customers we will soon have a brand new website. The new website will mean we can remove the properties we no longer offer and will cause less confusion.
