I have given your feedback to the relevant teams so they are aware and can take action where possible to improve this. We have also checked the information about the lift next to chalet Monique with our resort team and now amended our website to show the updated details, thank you for pointing this out. Booking very simple and easy. Needed to call Ski Weekends post booking and ask a question - they couldn't be more helpful. nothing was a problem and they had really good product knowledge.
