Staff good. Funeral directors less so. Still waiting for the ashes to be returned 10 days after cremation.

Simplicity were excellent all through the process - collected Mum innan emergency late at night from the nursing home, right through to the cremation arrangements, and delivering Mum’s ashes to us....

Very friendly respectful service, offered everything we required at a price that was the best I could find, we were offered the same package for 60% and a few at around 45% more.
