Everything went perfectly. The crematorium staff was most helpful, placing our wreath on the coffin, the organist discussed the tracks to be played from the disc we supplied turning the sound down...

Easy to deal with. Good communication throughout. A few calls, one short meeting at my home (which was a big plus point not having to go and meet elsewhere)and all done with minimum of fuss.
