As you state delivery will be 2-3 days not impressed by your email in response to my email stating item not delivered!
Wait till 17/8/26 is not a good response.
I will ring on 17/8/26 as items till...

Thank you for your feedback, we are extremely sorry to hear that your order has not arrived as expected within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately at this stage we can only treat the order as delayed until 14 days after dispatch, Although citizens advice and trading standards advise to wait 30 days we do feel this is too long for our customers and will happily arrange a redispatch as a signed for service or refund on the date stated to you.
