Firstly, we would like to express our sincere apologies that you have had this experience with us. This is not usual practise. An admin error and lack of communication meant your query was missed which is unacceptable. We understand, Dale, our Scotland Manager has been in contact with you to reiterate we pride ourselves on customer service and to offer our apologies and you have agreed to call him directly going forward to ensure you get the service all our customers deserve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Noemie
