Had a bit of trouble with the on line ordering so i ended up phoning and i was very pleased with the friendly, efficient service i received.
Delivery was prompt.

Quick professional delivery of a great product. Bought this as a Xmas present for a family member. I have one and love it. Use it when I travel. Very handy.
Incompetent. Delivery went astray , although postal address CLEARLY shown on correspondence sent to Home Depot. Phoned them up and no apology. I wont use this outfit again as terrible customer service

I'm extremely sorry to hear about your experience. I've checked with Australia Post and the note they had against your order said 'Returning to sender - receiver not known at address'.
Has someone from our customer service team either organised a refund for you or arranged for your items to be re-sent?

First time using them, simple checkout, easy payment options and it was delivered fairly fast (I live in a regional area). I would use again.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't recieved your order yet. I've just had a look at your tracking number through Aus Post and it says that your delivery is awaiting collection at Melville Post Shop since yesterday. Please let me know if you have any issues with collection your order.
