Pleasantly surprised by the well organised company.
I got very polite answers on my inquiry over the phone about where is the dispatch center and how long will take to receive the items.

The site was easy to use and the goods were delivered promptly
Nothing happened until I emailed to say I'd heard nothing about my order. Things happened quickly after that and it was delivered within a couple of days.
Had to chase why my parcel was sent in two packages as well as why I didn't receive th second.
Further more I had to chase a refund as I was told I'd get one and it never happened until 2 follow up...
