First rate telephone manners. Helped instantly, very aware of role in organisation. Impressed.

I am pleased that GEM, who I have been a member of for over 50 years, are using Shield Total Insurance. My telephone call was friendly, but efficient. The paperwork is clear, and arrived promptly.
