Excellent customer service

Efficient call handling and a good quote for what I need. One mistake on original form, called and error changed quickly and new documents sent out straight away.

Out of the 5 brokers I have called, they offered the quickest and best service at a very reasonable price! Would gladly recommend and use again!

Issues with remarks made by customer services made an official complaint some 4 weeks ago had an acknowledgment but nothing since.

The eventual cost of cover was excellent but differed from the quote that came through the post to the quote I given when I phoned. Excellent service from operative on the phone.

My experience using Shield to date has been excellent, the staff are are very proactive and polite, questions and queries are dealt with very quickly, I'd happily recommend Shield!
