Nice Brake

Holiday was booked through Shearing's and was easy to do. Have stayed here twice now both times were straight forward. Hotel was comfy and food was good, staff very helpful.

Staff were fine, rooms - dining room in particular were very sad and dated. Member of our group has Parkinsons. The lift was totally inadequate. Couldn't even get in it with his walker.

All went to plan, We had a great time,The water pressure not to good

Easy to do direct on the internet. I phoned them about booking the ferry, which they did in minutes at half the price it was quoting me direct with the ferry company, so do it through Bay Hotels ASAP...
