I am sorry to read your comments regarding the toilet seat and I have passed them on to the Hotel Manager for review. I do hope this matter did not mar the overall enjoyment of your break. Excellent value, just don’t be put of by some of the very negative reviews.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were unhappy with your room in respect of the décor and that you encountered a problem with the windows. Your comments have been taken very seriously and I have passed your comments on to the Hotel Manager for attention; any action necessary will be taken.
