Efficient with reasonable selection of holidays. Possibly more expensive than other operators for like for like holidays. Restricted choice of departure airports tiresome if you live miles away.
The booking process was efficient, the holiday pack (tickets and useful information) was well put together. The local representative was friendly and helpful.

Thanks for your great feedback about our service.
I am pleased you found the service at the hotel of a high standard, but disappointed you felt the accommodation, facilities and food were not quite of the standard expected.

Thanks for your great comments, we do appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback.
For a last minute booking all very efficient. Fact that person in the office had stayed at Tenuta Pilastru was excellent as could advise us to go half board
