I am sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations, and disappointed that there were aspects of the tour you did not find enjoyable.

Driver was very good & told us lots of local info and history etc. Was also able to answer questions about things we passed by that aroused our curiosity.

The staff are really helpful and answer my question.
The staff looks after their customers very well. Going back to the mainland, it was very choppy & the staff helped by opening the deck doors to have some air inside as it was getting stuffy
