The service is generally good, just pls consider not needing the passengers to arrive at the Cape Jervis pier 30min prior to departure; possible to shorten the time say 15min by assigning more staff...

I am sorry to hear you felt the tour was rushed and you spent a lot of time waiting. The 1 Day Kangaroo Island Experience covers the main attractions such as Seal Bay & Flinders Chase National Park which are both located to the south and western end of the island or approx 155km from the ferry terminal. We do have other tours available that cater for longer stays so you can enjoy more time on the island at a leisurely pace. I am pleased to read you thought the island was beautiful.
