It gets worse. Just checked my credit card account and, on top of the 295 euros that were deducted previously, a further 1705 euros has now been taken ( i.e the maximum permissible under the security deposit ). No explanation, justification or communication. This is like a car-hire scam.

Another wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the world!

Having dealt with Suzie Honey for many years I find that she is really helpful when booking. Having said that all staff in the office & out in Greece are very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were sorry to read that this holiday did not meet your expectations. We always aim to be honest about our holidays, the destinations and facilities. In this instance, if you feel that you were not given accurate information, you need to take this up with your travel agent as you did not book this holiday directly with Seafarer. The Dodecanese is actually my favourite sailing area, with some authentic off the beaten track islands, contrasting with some interesting livelier destinations and also great sailing. I understand that there was some very windy weather during your holiday which was unfortunate, but I must stress that we at Seafarer would never recommend the Dodecanese flotilla to an inexperienced crew. This is clear on our website and in our brochure.
