Nice to be able to speak to the friendly staff directly instead of on-line

I was a returning customer so all my details were readily to hand making the booking process very quick and easy. Booking is done by phone so you get to speak to the consultant directly.

Straightforward!

Booking was easy, starting with filling in the form on the website followed up by a couple of emails and then sorted! No pushy sales techniques just polite, prompt answers and problem free booking.
