They were very helpful on the phone answering my queries. Also there hasn't been 'reams' of paperwork to go through, unlike some insurance companies.

cheap as chips
although most people don't like constant phone calls from sales persons it would have been appreciative if someone from Scofields had called me and we could have had a conversation.
