Staff onboard did an amazing job even though they appeared understaffed compared to a cruise we took in 2019. Food quality was lower than we experienced on prior trips. As the ship had to enter...
It appeared that the majority of the crew were in training for this trip. We have travelled with Scenic on many river cruises and the service on this one fell far short of our previous experiences....
The service from the crew , who serviced our room s were very good the cruise director varied from very good to iiritating . Because of the lack of internet in the last week , the time wasted...

First class service, the crew on the Scenic Saphire were the friendliest and most helpful team we have ever experienced with Scenic.
The crew was welcoming from the moment we stepped on to the Opal. Their service throughout was friendly & they were always happy to do whatever was asked of them.

Everyone was very friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and well presented. Nothing was too much trouble.
The staff on the ship were excellent and provided excellent service . The booking process direct with Scenic was extremely frustrating and such that I would not book direct with Scenic in the future....
