The staff were all wonderful. We were sad to leave the Scenic Jewel as we had got to know the staff but the staff on the Scenic Jade after one night it was like we had always been on the Jade....
Butler and room attendant always available.
Dining staff extremely helpful with the needs I had. Very friendly and used our first names without an issue. Felt I was at my local café.
