Your staff were friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. Your tour organisation was excellent and all the little things were thought of in advance and worked seamlessly.

Excellent tour director, with good knowledge of the country. Very helpful with any issues we raised.
We were treated like royalty. Always a friendly hello and nothing was too much trouble to all staff from the people who cleaned rooms, waiters, butlers, chefs, etc.
All Scenic personel on the cruise ship was friendly, attentive and made my husband and I feel well looked after, the two captains were stand out as they were always on hand especially when we leftand...
