Hello Claudine, I am so sorry to hear you have not received your bag yet, I have followed the tracking and it states that ''it has reached the sorting office of the destination country'', with it being an international delivery, delivery can take up to 20 working days. We will open an investigation if the bag has not arrived by months end. My colleague Kelly has replied to your email with the tracking information. The process of searching, and purchasing the item was absolutely fine.
Just let down a bit by the lack of protection of the item in the way it was packaged.
Having said that I really like the items...
